A student in North Carolina was stabbed to death on school property in the bathroom during a altercation
A fight between 2 black male students led to a student being murdered in the bathroom at North Forsyth High School in Winston Salem, NC on December 9, 2025. The students were fighting over a marijuana vape. Charlotte Alerts is on Instagram.

The students were in a dispute over the marijuana vape. One student is seen in brown heading to the bathroom with a knife in his hand. The student enters the bathroom and confronts the other student. A fight between them begins.

The student in the brown pulls out a knife and stabs the victim student, the victim student yells out “this dude is biting me.”
But the student was stabbing him, not biting him. The student in the black then falls to the ground and dies. Blood was seen on the floor.
The school resource officer was alerted to the murder and issued an “all hands on deck” message. Cops, paramedics, and deputies arrived; they found the student dead on the floor.
The school was placed on lock down. Law enforcement worked to secure the campus and ensure student safety. Forsyth County Schools directed parents to the Joel Coliseum at 2825 University Parkway for reunification and updates as the school was evacuated.
North Carolina Governor Josh Stein released the following:
“The stabbing that took place at North Forsyth High School is shocking and horrible. I am praying for all students in the community and their loved ones. North Carolinians need to be safe wherever they are — especially in school. I have spoken with Sheriff Kimbrough to offer my support. We must never stop working toward a safer North Carolina.”
North Forsyth High School will be closed on December 10th. It is not clear if the suspect student has been arrested.
