COP MOTORCADE MEMBER OF FIRST LADY MELANIA TRUMP VISIT TO CHARLOTTE WRECKS

On November 2, 2020 the First Lady of the United States Melania Trump visited the Charlotte area during a campaign visit for her husband that was held in Huntersville, NC.

A motorcycle officer with the Huntersville Police Department, who was a part of the motorcade procession for the First Lady of the United States collided with another vehicle causing serious damage. The collision was on Woodlawn Ave. near South Tryon Street in Charlotte.

The officer was transported by medics to a local hospital with non life threatening injuries. Throughout this incident, there was no threat to the First Lady or any other personnel in the motorcade.
