CIRCLE G RESTAURANT OWNER ARRESTED CHARGED WITH DWI

Sally Kakavitsas owns the Circle G restaurant, but she went straight to Circle jail after getting arrested accused of DWI

Sally Kakavitsas, 49, owns the Circle G restaurant in west Charlotte located on Rozzelles Ferry Rd. Charlotte, NC. Sally was arrested on April 9, 2026 charged with driving while impaired.

Sally was driving a vehicle on Ardrey Kell Road. A cop pulled her over after accusing her of going slightly over the speed limit.

During the traffic stop the cop smelled a odor of alcohol on Sally according to prosecutors. Officials say Sally admitted to having a few drinks.

Sally is accused of doing bad on drunk tests. Sally also blew a 0.10 on the alcohol breathalyzer. Sally was then arrested charged with DWI.
