Andrey and his wife were arguing, Andrey then assaulted his wife and her mother at a residence they were living in.

The suspect refused to let police in the home. Cops then broke into the house and discovered blood every where. It was then that cops saw baby Micah with his head cut off.
Andrey was just standing there looking stupid. Cops arrested Andrey, charging him with murder and assault. Andrey is ineligible for bail.
