And everyone is not guilty of crimes, sometimes people get arrested for the most minute things, or are faced with a cop that just wants to abuse power and take a innocent person to jail, which the cop should definitely be sued for.

But of the many people that make it to the county jail, there is a very small percentage of arrestees that look decent. They may not make the cut for a ball room 5 star dinner, but they are on the rather up side of inmates.
Jail has its way of bringing in some very ugly people, cocaine addicts, people with missing teeth, people that stink, people with no clothes, people that are crazy and even people that put cheese burgers and contraband up their buttocks.
