Deangenlo Morgan, 33, is charged with the murder of Nathan Roberts.
The murder occurred on Jan. 1, 2019 in Charlotte, NC which was the second murder on New Years Day for Charlotte. The first murder was committed just a few hours earlier.
Nathan was sitting in his vehicle in the driveway of his residence on Parkway Avenue when he was shot multiple times.
As a result of information and evidence gathered during the investigation, detectives identified Deangenlo as a suspect in this case and obtained warrants for his arrest.
Homicide Detectives located and arrested Deangenlo at the Mecklenburg County Court without incident.
