25-year-old Santwan Hart is the suspect in a triple shooting that occurred on New Year’s Day 2020 in Rock Hill, SC.
Santwan was arrested on January 7, 2020 on three counts of attempted murder and three counts of possession of a weapon during a crime of violence.
The shooting happened at about 12:22 a.m. on New Year’s morning. A 64-year-old man was shot in the chest, a 42-year-old woman was shot in the abdomen, and a 53-year-old man was shot in the shoulder.
All three victims were taken to the hospital. The 64-year-old man was in critical condition, while the other victims sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
Santwan was recently released from a South Carolina prison after a two-year sentence on a conviction for drug violations.
Santwan also has three other drug convictions and a conviction for domestic violence.
