Two people were killed on February 10, 2023 in Charlotte, NC during a head on collision crash. Two more people were injured.
The crash was in the mid afternoon at the intersection of Providence Road and Lancaster Highway.
A cargo van, jeep, and a third vehicle were involved. The vehicles collided head on into each other. The third vehicle then ran into the back of the original collision, causing a massive wreck.
Two people were pronounced dead on scene and had to be cut out of the vehicle with the ‘jaws of life’ tool. Two other people in the crash were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
