On August 22, 2021 a fire truck was hit by a 18-wheeler truck in a massive overnight crash on I-77 in Flint Hill, South Carolina.
The fire truck was on the scene of a previous crash and giving assistance; out of no where a passing tractor trailer drove by at highway speeds and collided with the fire truck, causing extensive damage.
There were only minor injuries.
