15-year-old Lataurus was shot and killed on July 16, 2022 in Chester, South Carolina during a drive by shooting.
At 1 a.m. Lataurus was at a party with friends when a drive-by shooting occurred on Loomis Street. Lataurus was shot, authorities were called to the scene where they found the teenager on the ground bleeding.
EMS took Lataurus to the hospital, where he later died.
