A 13-year-old girl was killed in a multi vehicle collision on November 10, 2022 in Charlotte, NC.
Around 4 p.m. the teen girl was riding in a SUV with three other people on Interstate 77. The SUV lost control and flipped over. The SUV was then hit by a truck.
The 13-year-old girl died on the scene. Several other people were injured and rushed to the hospital.
The crash shut down highway traffic in the area.
No charges are expected to be filed against the truck driver. The crash is still under investigation.
