23-year-old Elante Thompson was shot and killed on Woodside Avenue Charlotte, NC on January 29, 2022.
Around 11:40 pm several suspects shot into a home on Woodside Ave. and drove off. 3 people were shot, and friends drove them to area hospitals. None of the victims were residents of the home that was shot into.
Two of the victims sustained non life threatening injuries. One victim was later pronounced deceased by hospital staff. The deceased victim has been identified as Elante Thompson.
Officers responded to reports of the triple shooting and located multiple shell casings in the roadway.
