Dennis Graham, 37, died on July 1, 2025 in Charlotte, NC from fentanyl, cocaine, and methadone toxicity.

His lungs were hyper inflated with mucus plugging on the surface. An analysis showed that Dennis had fentanyl, cocaine, and methadone in his system at the time of his death.

The drugs in combination killed Dennis via overdose. Fentanyl has killed thousands of people across Charlotte.
