FENTANYL KNOCKS MAN UNCONSCIOUS AT WEST CHARLOTTE EXXON GAS STATION, GETS ARRESTED

The victim breathed in fentanyl and passed out at the Exxon on Beatties Ford Road

38-year-old Erecai Lynch was arrested on February 13, 2025, after he passed out from fentanyl exposure at the Exxon gas station located at 2519 Beatties Ford Road Charlotte, NC. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.

The incident occurred on February 9, 2025. Erecai was at the Exxon sitting in his car at a gas pump. Erecai had been passed out at the gas pump for two hours. Watch video of 2 people doped up on fentanyl stopped in traffic in Charlotte.

EMS was called, paramedics were able to load Erecai onto an ambulance gurney. Cops arrived and allegedly found baggies with white residue inside the car in plain view.

9.9 grams of fentanyl, 21 grams of cocaine, and THC Delta-9 oral mouth spray were allegedly found in Erecai’s car. So many people have been killed from fentanyl.

Officers also seized three cellphones. Erecai was taken to the hospital due to him being unconscious. He stayed in the hospital for several days getting treatment. 

On February 13th Erecai was released from the hospital and then arrested charged with cocaine, trafficking drugs, and possession of marijuana.
