Chef Juan Daniel Davila was cooking up more than just food, he died from a fentanyl overdose
Juan Sampen Daniel Davila, 37, died on Halloween night from a scary fentanyl overdose in Charlotte, NC. Juan was a chef.

Juan was known for cooking up tasty meals, he has worked for multiple restaurants and catered private events.
Juan was found dead in the back seat of his car. It turned out that Juan had 6.0 ml of fentanyl in his system. Fentanyl and ethanol were identified in the decedent’s blood from a postmortem toxicologic
analysis.
Juan’s brother Carlos was murdered while working for Lyft in Charlotte.

Juan’s official cause of death was fentanyl toxicity.
