Patrick Peterson and Jenna Hartsell have been arrested and charged after a toddler tested positive for meth.
Patrick and Jenna have been charged with multiple counts of child neglect after their one-year-old child tested positive for meth.
Their home on Sheba Road in Fort Mill, SC was in deplorable conditions. Three other children were also removed from the home.
