Eric Howell, 29, was shot and killed on July 25, 2021 on Deep Rock Circle Charlotte, NC.
Eric was in a residential community when he was struck by gunfire in the evening.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene. Paramedics located Eric shot and took him to a hospital via ambulance. Eric was later pronounced deceased at the hospital.
Eric played basketball in college for Livingtstone College in Salisbury, NC in years past. Eric played on other teams following his college basketball career.
Damontae Austin, 18, was shot and killed just hours later in Charlotte.
