Roiniel Perez, 31, was arrested on November 17, 2024 after running from cops in a stolen car in Miami, Florida. Roiniel was a suspect in the murder of 52-year-old Oscar Rene Hernandez Augustin. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Oscar was found dead in a moderate stage of decomposition on November 15, 2024 after being burned and stabbed in a wooded area in Miami, the victim’s car was stolen.
Two days later Roiniel was spotted in Oscar’s car, police initiated a traffic stop but Roiniel sped away.
Roiniel got into a head on collision with another vehicle in traffic. The crash sent the suspect vehicle spiraling out of control.
Roiniel unphased by the wreck quickly got out of the car and ran away. Pursuing cops then chased the suspect on foot.
Roiniel was later arrested and charged with the murder of Oscar and several traffic violations.
