Date:

Methamphetamine dealer Allen Garcia, 30, was sentenced to 120 months in prison on March 7, 2022 in Charlotte, NC. His co-defendant Henry Collao, 34, was also sentenced to prison. Both suspects faced drug trafficking charges. Allen was a member of a latino drug cartel.

Law enforcement identified Garcia as a member of a drug trafficking organization responsible for distributing bulk quantities of narcotics in the Charlotte area.

Garcia eventually pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. Collao was previously sentenced to 151 months in prison for his role in the drug trafficking scheme.
