16-year-old Angellyh Yambo was shot and killed on April 8, 2022 in the Bronx, New York during a wild triple shooting.
At 1:45 p.m. Angellyh was walking home from school when she was shot in the chest, she was taken to the hospital where she died.
2 other teenagers were shot also, a 17-year-old boy was shot in the buttocks and another 16-year-old girl was shot in the chin, but they survived. The victims were innocent bystanders. The shooting stems from a dispute between unrelated groups of people.
Angellyh was an honor student and had plans to attend college. A 17-year-old male was arrested and charged with Angellyh’s murder.
