On May 19, 2022 a male victim was shot and killed on Blackhawk Road Charlotte, NC. This marks the second murder in the area within 12 hours.
Around midnight the victim was shot at apartments on Blackhawk Road. Paramedics were called and arrived on scene for treatment.
The victim was taken to Atrium Hospital with life threatening injuries.
At 1:20 a.m. the victim succumbed to his injuries sustained from the shooting and was pronounced deceased by medical staff.
