VICTIM MURDERED NEAR SUGAR CREEK RD. OVERNIGHT

On June 25, 2022 a victim was shot and killed on Dinglewood Ave. Charlotte, NC.

At 2 a.m., officers responded to an assist medic call on Dinglewood Avenue. A victim was discovered lying in the street. The victim was pronounced deceased on scene from an apparent gunshot wound.

This is the second homicide in Charlotte within 4 hours. On June 24, 2022 a victim was murdered in uptown Charlotte on East Trade Street, two people were shot.

No arrests have been made in either crime.
