Jason Palmer, 35, was arrested on July 10, 2022 after a deadly DUI crash where one victim was killed on Interstate 77 in Chester, South Carolina.
The crash was on I-77, Jason is accused of driving a van and crashing into a SUV with three people in it.
The SUV went off of the road and hit a tree upon the collision. A passenger in the SUV died in the wreck. The other passengers in the SUV were taken to the hospital.
Jason was injured and taken to the hospital also. Upon his hospital release, Jason was charged with DUI involving death.
