Victor had his mind set on food from Midnight Diner, but he ended up in the jail diner
Victor Hampton, 32, was arrested on December 14, 2024 accused of trespassing at the Midnight Diner located at 420 East Trade St. Charlotte, NC. Victor is an ex-NFL player, he was on the Baltimore Ravens practice squad for a few months until he got cut for a DWI charge during CIAA.
Victor was at the Midnight Diner, when an disturbance occurred. Security pushed Victor out of the restaurant. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram. Victor claims he was assaulted by security.
Cops arrived on scene, Victor then placed a complaint with a Sherrifs Office Captain about the assault.
Employees at Midnight Diner then formally banned Victor from the restaurant. Victor began live streaming refusing to leave the establishment, court documents say.
Victor is accused of crossing over the property line while live streaming. At that time cops placed Victor under arrest. The suspect is charged with trespass.
Victor was a star football player in Charlotte coming out of high school. He played at Independence High School until Head Coach Tom Knotts dismissed him from the team for misconduct, Victor then played high school football in South Carolina.
Victor earned a full scholarship to The University of South Carolina where he was a 4 year starter on the football team playing defensive back.
Victor did not get drafted by an NFL team, but he did get picked up by the NFL Baltimore Ravens and made the practice team making $300,000 a year.
Victor was arrested charged with DWI in 2015 during the CIAA festivities in Charlotte. Within 24 hours of his arrest, the Baltimore Ravens cut him from the team. Victor currently plays indoor football.
