ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT DEPORTED AFTER BEING ON RUN FOR YEARS

Date:

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested and deported Luciano Trejo-Dominguez, 31, on December 9, 2022 in Santa Ana, California. Luciano is a Mexican national that had felony warrants out of Portland, Maine.

Luciano’s warrants included criminal restraint, aggravated sexual assault offense involving a victim 13 to 15 years old, aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual conduct, criminal sexual contact and endangering sexual conduct.

Los Angeles ICE officers apprehended Luciano during a targeted enforcement operation in the city of Santa Ana.

A New Jersey immigration judge ordered Luciano removed from the USA on October 5, 2021 because Luciano had entered the U.S. at an unknown date, time and location without being admitted or paroled by an immigration officer.

When approached by ICE officers near his home, Luciano attempted to flee and evade arrest, but officers subdued him and took him into custody. Luciano was then returned to his home country of Mexico on December 9th.
