Watch as an Delta Airlines employee is hit from the back by a commercial truck on the job

A Delta employee was struck by a commercial aircraft truck at the Atlanta, GA Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. The injured Delta employee is identified as 19-year-old Camdyn Davis. The tragic accident was in December 2022.

Video shows Camdyn was at work in uniform with a reflective vest on at night time guiding a plane. Camdyn was on the ramp when out of no where a work truck hit Camdyn in her back.

The force and speed of the truck knocked Camdyn unconsciousness and to the ground. Several airport employees are seen coming to the aid of Camdyn, even the driver of the truck.

The truck driver says he was looking at his IPAD device when he accidentally ran over Camdyn.

Camdyn survived, but she sustained severe injuries including a fractured skull, brain damage, a heavily bruised face, and other injuries.

The driver was cited with a ticket, and he may be fired. Delta Airlines released this statement regarding the matter:

Delta teams are fully investigating an accident involving an employee injury in Atlanta on Saturday evening, as nothing is more important than the safety of our people and our customers. The employee was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Camdyn now needs around the clock care.
