The homicide was shortly after 6 p.m. at a residence. Janna was shot in the head during a dispute with Audie. Paramedics responded to a shots fired call.
At the scene emergency officials found Janna with a gunshot wound to the head. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Audie remained on scene, he was interviewed by homicide detectives. At the conclusion of the interview Audie was placed under arrest and charged with murder.
Janna previously attended South Pointe High School.
