A shootout at a children’s birthday party occurred on March 26, 2023. The birthday party was at a home on Ballina Way Charlotte, NC.
A woman was throwing her 6-year-old daughter a birthday party complete with a bounce house trampoline float for the kids. The part seemed to be going well as the kids were laughing, playing, eating birthday cake, and having a good time.
In the afternoon a dispute arose at the birthday party between several adults. Several shots were then fired at the party. The kids went running for cover as well as innocent bystanders.
The party was canceled and the little girl’s birthday party was ruined. Police were called to the scene. No one was shot, and no arrests have been made.
