Laura Miller, 35, was murdered on Easter Sunday April 9, 2023 on Southwood Oaks Lane Charlotte, NC at apartments around 11 a.m. Miguel Gonzalez Rosales, 36, is charged with Laura’s murder.
There was screaming and yelling heard during an argument at the apartment complex. Laura was then found dead at the scene by people at the apartments. 911 was called and emergency officials responded.
Miguel was arrested a short time later in a Charlotte traffic stop. He was taken into custody and charged with murder, desecrating a body, and auto theft.
