The wreck was at 5:23 am, in the parking lot of the apartment complex. Daniel was driving a Toyota Sequoia SUV with 2 female occupants.

As Daniel was traveling through the parking lot, he lost control of his vehicle at a high speed and struck a fence and metal garbage dumpster.

The impact ejected Daniel from the vehicle through the front windshield. The dumpster was knocked upside down, the SUV also was flipped upside down.

EMS was called to the scene. Daniel was found dead with extensive injuries and bleeding. The two female passengers were located by the vehicle. The women were taken to the hospital with injuries.
