SUSPECT CHARGED WITH MURDERING LATINO MAN AT APARTMENTS

Theopolis Martin, 22, was arrested on July 24, 2023 charged with the homicide of Reynaldo Rivera, 40, on Paces Glen Avenue Charlotte, NC. 

At 10 p.m. on July 17, 2023 Reynaldo and a 23-year-old male were shot inside of an apartment unit. 

Reynaldo was pronounced deceased on scene. The second male victim was transported to the hospital with potentially life threatening injuries.

Theopolis was identified as a suspect, arrested, and charged with murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon, and attempted murder.
