On October 11, 2026 River was in a Mercedes Benz when she rear ended a vehicle on Clanton Rd. As Officers were collecting information on both drivers involved in the accident, River had red glossy eyes.
Officers asked River where she was coming from in which she stated she left a roof top bar located on South Blvd. and had drinks.
River agreed to conduct DWI tests. She performed one test but refused to do any more tests. River was arrested charged with DWI.
