Another Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department officer has been arrested, she works in the North Tryon division. That division has some of the worst chaotic officers, they are use to racial profiling people and assuming black people are criminals just for stepping foot on West Sugar Creek
Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department Officer Ana Terrero, 35, was arrested on October 13, 2026 in Charlotte, NC.

Officer Ana is accused of punching and scratching Aliaah Pichardo in the face during a domestic dispute on October 11, 2026.
Officer Ana was off duty during the alleged assault. Officer Ana was hired as a cop in February 2024, she was assigned to the North Tryon Division. The North Tryon division is a very bad high crime division, most cops in that division are terrible, they racially profile black people walking on West Sugar Creek automatically thinking they are criminals.
Cops unlawfully stop, search, and arrest people heavily in the North Tryon division, violating the public’s 4th amendment right of illegal search and seizure protection.
Officer Ana is currently on unpaid administrative leave.
Police Chief Estella Patterson issued the following statement:
“Over the past several months, we have seen several incidents involving CMPD employees that have been both disappointing and deeply concerning.
A significant amount of Charlotte police officers have been arrested in 2026.
