A terrible teen dad hit his own 2 month old baby because the baby would not stop crying, the baby had 14 fractured ribs
19-year-old Christian Brooks was arrested on July 17, 2026 accused of beating his own 2 month old baby son in Charlotte, NC.
The baby was at home and would not stop crying, so Christian hit the baby in the back of the head and squeezed the baby in the ribs. The baby became faint and struggled to breath.
Christian and the mom of the baby took the child to the hospital. Doctors determined that the baby had bruises to the back of the head and 14 fractured ribs.
The father and mother said they had no idea where the injuries came from on the baby. The parents were then brought in for a polygraph test.
Christian refused to take the polygraph test, but then broke down and admitted to abusing the baby physically because the baby would not stop crying.
Christian was arrested and charged with felony child abuse. The baby is in DSS custody now.
