Felix Jeronimo-Rojas, 45, raped a dead man on a subway in New York, NY. On June 17, 2026 Felix was sentenced to 5 years in prison. The victim was 37-year-old Jorge Gonzalez. Felix is an illegal immigrant. Jorge was a deprived alcoholic suffering from addiction. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
The rape was in April 2025 when Jorge boarded the subway train near Whitehall Street station before losing consciousness and dying from alcoholism and cirrhosis on a bench in the subway car.
About three hours later, Felix boarded the subway and noticed Jorge was unconscious. Felix began having sex with Jprge’s dead body for 30 minutes while the subway was in motion and in sight of other passengers. Felix also took cash and an I-Phone from the victim’s pockets.
Cops were called but Felix fled the scene. Felix was not arrested until 3 weeks after the rape. In June 2026 Felix pled guilty to robbery and rape. A judge sentenced Felix to 5 years in prison. Felix is an illegal immigrant and entered the USA without consent on multiple occasions.
