Horsing around got a horse hit by a car, twin brothers arrested, double trouble, and a great punch line
27-year-old twin brothers Desmon Moore and Deven Moore were arrested on April 4, 2026 after their horse was hit by a car in uptown Charlotte, NC near College Street. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Desmon and Deven are from the country rural area, they were born in Columbia, SC. On the day in question around 10 p.m. both brothers were riding on 2 separate horses in center city.
One of the brothers tries to do a trick on the horse while standing on the horse’s back. The twin falls off the horse. The horse runs into the busy uptown street and is hit by a car.
The impact knocks the horse off its feet onto the pavement. The horse gets up and walks away. Cops were called and the brothers were in an altercation with a crowd on the street. Cops tried to break up the fight.
The twins are accused of trying to prevent cops from stopping the altercation. The twins were arrested both charged with disorderly conduct and resist cop. It is unknown what happened to the horses during the brothers’ arrest.
