Video shows federal immigration agents shooting a innocent man with a camera in his hand, Alex Pretti was killed

At 9:00 a.m. U.S. Border Patrol and other federal immigration officers were conducting a targeted enforcement operation in the city.
With snow on the ground, Alex started video recording Border Patrol on the streets arresting illegal immigrants.
Border Patrol agents then grab and throw Alex to the ground for no apparent reason. Border Patrol then sprays pepper spray in Alex’s face.
Agents say Alex was armed, but he was legally able to carry a gun. A Border Patrol agent takes a gun from Alex’s holster.
Another Border Patrol agent shoots and kills Alex while he is on the ground unarmed. Other people nearby scream and yell once the shots are fired.
Alex died on scene. Alex was an ICU nurse in the city. Alex had no criminal record. This is the second person Border Patrol agents have killed this month in Minneapolis.
The Border Patrol agent that shot Alex has not been charged or arrested for the shooting. Border Patrol and The Department of Homeland Security say the agent was acting in self defense.
