Tia Anderson, 25, was arrested on January 8, 2026 in Charlotte, NC for allegedly not showing up to community service.
Tia was on probation and was ordered to serve community service due to a DWI encounter that occurred in January 2023 where she had a body mass alcohol content of 0.12. On that day Tia was arrested charged with fail to heed siren, speeding, DWI, and open container.
A angry man smacked Tia in the face back in 2018.
Tia was given unsupervised probation for the 2023 offense and was ordered to do community service. She was also ordered not to operate a vehicle until properly licensed to do so.
The court also made her obtain a substance abuse assessment. In 2026 Tia was accused of not going to a community service function that was a condition of her probation. Hence Tia was arrested on January 8, 2026 charged with failure to comply with community service.
