Watch as a tow truck tows a car away as a little girl is inside, father tries to stop the tow truck
A little girl fell out of a vehicle as it was being towed by tow truck driver Sergio Suarez at a restaurant in Sunrise, Florida.
The victim father parked in a fire lane at a restaurant in Florida, he had left his 4-year-old daughter in the car with the car on and air conditioning running. The father was in the restaurant for 2 minutes getting a carryout order.
Out of no where a quick connect tow truck comes to tow the father’s car. The quick connect on the tow truck allowed the driver to hitch the vehicle without having to exit the truck.
The father sees the tow truck and runs out the restaurant banging on the driver side door of the tow truck telling the driver that his daughter was still in the car.
The tow truck ignores the father and drives off with the vehicle and little girl. The girl falls out of the vehicle as it is moving and being towed.
The girl sustained cuts, bruises, and scrapes, but she survived. Sergio was arrested an hour later on charges of child neglect without great bodily harm.
