ICE and Border Patrol arrests in Charlotte, NC have occurred multiple times on November 15, 2025. The push comes as Donald Trump directed federal immigration officials to raid Charlotte immigration areas and deport illegal immigrants. Border Patrol agents were seen busting the windows out of a man’s red truck and dragging him out of the vehicle onto the ground and arresting him on South Blvd. Charlotte Alerts has been covering immigration raids and deportations for years.
Border Patrol agents were seen in unmarked SUV’s and vans throughout Charlotte. Border Patrol and ICE are violating people’s constitutional rights and civil rights by approaching people that look latino and asking for identification. That is illegal and violation of the 4th Amendment. A cop or federal agent must has probable cause that a crime has been committed, is being committed, or is about to be committed to search someone or ask for someone’s identification.
After that Border Patrol arrested a female American citizen at an intersection in front of her boyfriend, claiming the woman touched their unmarked SUV. The boyfriend yelled out, that is my girl, she didn’t do anything.
Border Patrol was seen on North Tryon at apartments questioning and detaining alleged immigrants in a work utility truck. A large variety of Latinos openly voted for Donald Trump in the 2024 election, they knew Trump had aggressive deportation and illegal immigration policies for latino people.
Border Patrol and ICE agents were chasing illegal immigrants at a latino restaurant in Charlotte. Multiple other traffic stop arrests were witnessed on video.
The nation’s immigration court system has more than 800,000 pending cases. Donald Trump has made illegal immigration and deportations a signature issue.
There are only 400 immigration judges across the United States, problems mount regarding shortages in court staff, courtroom space and interpreters.
