Video: See and hear the moments a 3-year-old girl was found with her dead mother at apartments by maintenance supervisor, the girl was very sad at funeral
The 911 call lets you in on the moments when Anbrielle Davis, 32, was found dead while her 3-year-old daughter was left alone with her for several days at apartments in Charlotte, NC on Griffith St. The death was discovered on October 2, 2025. The funeral was on October 9, 2025 and it was closed casket, Abrielle’s 3-year-old daughter was visibly shaken and crying during the ceremony, white and black people were at the funeral. The girl’s father was at the funeral too and said that he is not a well versed speaker.
Anbrielle lived with her daughter at the apartment. At some point in September 2025 Anbrielle died from health problems, she lay dead on the floor while her 3-year-old daughter was in the house alone with her. The little girl was confused and just thought her mommy was sleeping.
The girl watched cartoons, as she knew how to work the TV remote. The girl was potty trained too, so she easily used the bathroom on her own. Sadly it is a common occurrence that mother’s are found dead in Charlotte.
A neighbor began to smell the odor of a dead body. The neighbor had not heard from Anbrielle or seen her in several days. Apartment staff was contacted and a maintenance supervisor with a master key went into the apartment where he found Abrielle dead and the little girl alive drinking juice and watching television.
911 was called. Cops arrived on scene and they saw Anbrielle on the floor dead and decomposed. Anbrielle’s skin was beginning to slip off of her bones. Maggots and flies were eating her flesh.
An emergency contact for Anbrielle was called to take care of her daughter. Emergency personnel also checked out the little girl for a health screening. DSS was also contacted. The little girl is fine now.
At the funeral, the father of Anbrielle’s daughter spoke and said Anbrielle gave him a new outlook on life. The funeral was closed casket due to the appearance of Anbrielle’s decomposed body and the bad smell. Medical professionals will do analysis to determine the cause of death for Anbrielle.
