The prankster goes to businesses and poses as Agent Ratliff ID # 33712 accusing companies of fake discrimination complaints, all for a laugh on social media. Now the joke is on him
Youtuber Agent Ratliff whose real name is Calimar White is being sued by a company he pranked. The plaintiff company is Holmes Building Materials, Inc. in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Agent Ratliff has over 326,000 followers on Instagram and 1.3 million followers on Tiktok, he goes around pranking companies approaching them with fake complaints regarding diversity affairs. Agent Ratliff identifies himself as a fake company called OCDA Occupational Cares Diversity Affairs wearing a full uniform and badge with ID number 33712. He’ll go to different companies armed with the name of the boss and comedic complaints from angry employees.
In relation to the lawsuit, Agent Ratliff went to Holmes Building Materials, Inc. in Baton Rouge on August 1, 2025, and asked to speak with the supervisor Derek Jones. Once in a meeting room Agent Ratliff began reading the fake ridiculous complaints to Supervisor Jones. Agent Ratliff said he was with OSHA, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, according to the lawsuit.
Agent Ratliff video records all of his encounters with the company he pranks so he can later post it on social media for laughs and entertainment.
Agent Ratliff accused the supervisor of racial harassment and practicing nepotism, among other accusations. Once Supervisor Jones recognized that Agent Ratliff was not leveling serious complaints, the prankster was told to leave the business.
The video was later posted online and it gained over 100,000 views. Holmes Building Materials and Derek Jones then saw the video and sued Agent Ratliff in federal court.
In the lawsuit, Supervisor Jones accuses Agent Ratliff of false imprisonment after the prankster refused to let Jones leave the room. The defendant is also accused of assault and false imprisonment after the pranksters stood in the doorway and prevented the supervisor from leaving.
Agent Ratliff also blew cigarette smoke in Supervisor Jones’ face. Additionally, Agent Ratliff is being sued for defamation because Holmes Building Materials, Inc. says the prank videos did harm to the business’s reputation.
