Stacey died from health complications
Stacey Carelock, 35, died on June 7, 2025 at Atrium Health Hospital in Cabarrus, NC. Stacey was a mother and leaves behind a infant son. Stacey was from Charlotte. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
It appears Stacey had some sort of medical emergency that led to her being admitted into the hospital for extensive treatment.
But sadly, under emergency care, Stacey died at the hospital. Stacey’s young son is visually impaired, he is not fully blind, but there are some complications. Doctors said the kid would be born with severe down syndrome, and the doctor diagnosed him with a rare bone disease, kids with that disease typically don’t make it pass 5, the doctor said Stacey’s son was completely blind, and the doctor said the kid wouldn’t be able to talk.
Since Stacey’s death, her son is now living with loving family. Stacey worked as a medical specialist at a health center. She was also a manager at T-Mobile for several years.
No foul play is suspected in Stacey’s death.
