A fatal motor vehicle crash took the life of Steven Velez, 61, on July 20, 2024 on Monroe Road Charlotte, NC.
Steven was driving a Nissan SUV or truck on Monroe Rd. on July 20th when he lost control of his vehicle, crossed the center concrete median and struck a Honda vehicle head on.
The driver of the Honda and the vehicle’s passenger were injured and transported by ambulance to a local hospital. Steven died on scene.
Both vehicles had severe damage.
