Raheem Shacklette, 16, has been charged with the shooting. A disturbance between several people broke out on South College St., a gun was fired and Mr. Holaday was hit, although he was not the intended target. Several people were detained following the shooting.
Raheem is charged with attempted murder, possession of a stolen firearm, and possession of a firearm by a minor.
