A $15,000 reward is being offered by authorities leading to an arrest for the killing of Wilma Jean, 63, in Charlotte, NC. Wilma was a grandmother and beloved member of her church, even singing in the church choir.
Wilma was shot and killed on July 25, 2020 on West 28th Street as she was picking her granddaughter up from a birthday party. The murder happened at 10:30 p.m. Wilma was caught in the crossfire of a shooting she was not related to. Wilma was pronounced dead on scene.
