21-year-old Ricky Alexander is charged with the death of Richard Clarke, 48, in Charlotte, NC on November 29, 2020.
Richard was shot and killed on Bustlehead Court Charlotte, NC. Shortly before midnight an assault with a deadly weapon took place. Richard was shot during an altercation, he was pronounced deceased soon afterwards.
Ricky was identified as a suspect and arrested on November 30, 2020.
