Jerrez Lynch, 24, was arrested on March 5, 2021 charged with shooting 29-year-old Antonio Johnson at apartments in Charlotte NC.
Antonio was shot on March 1, 2021 in the evening at Cross Roads Place inside of an apartment. An argument was occurring between the alleged parties and the dispute escalated into shots being fired. The victim was shot and sustained serious injuries during the shooting. Antonio was rushed to the hospital.
Several days later Jerrez was arrested after a warrant was filed for his arrest.
A unrelated fight between several women occurred in West Charlotte in October 2020.
In June 2019 Alysha Antoinette Johnson, 17, was killed in west Charlotte.
Lillie Stewart was killed in west Charlotte in September 2019.
A man was accused of stabbing a woman on West Blvd.
