On the night of March 8, 2021 there was a massive shooting at the Walmart on 8180 South Tryon Street Charlotte, NC. Officers at the scene located ideal evidence of a shooting. Blood was reported being seen as several shots rang out during an altercation.
Hundreds of people were seen running to exits. No victims were located inside the store.
The K-9 Unit and members of the SWAT team evacuated employees and customers out of the building while officers searched for any injured people.
