Amber Ellerson was arrested on May 2, 2021. Amber is accused of setting a house on fire at a home on Beecher Drive Charlotte, NC.
Emergency responders were called to the home in the early morning hours. Smoke could be seen coming from the home.
The fire amounted to a structure fire. Although no injuries were reported, the damage estimates to be at $26,500. Fire Investigators determined the fire to be intentionally set.
Amber was charged with second degree arson, intoxicated & disruptive, and resisting an officer.
